Z03 has a unique adhesive formulation since it is multipurpose polymer modified, and highly flexible adhesive designed for installation of large format tiles on a variety of substrates.

How to use
  • Pour water in a plastic pail s add Z03 bag. Mix 2-3 minutes to attain a smooth, use. [never mix oldbatch with new batch,]
  • Apply Z03 with a notched trowel combing in a straight manner, for large format tiles or tiles with a smooth back surface, apply a scratch coat at the back of the tile s let dry before using the double spreading adhesive method/ [dampen concrete surface before adhesiveapplication.]
  • Install tile within20 minutes mortar open time, use tile spacers for proper alignment position and adjust tiles within 15 minutes,[foot traffic after 24 hours]
